How much does FlottenPilot cost?

Is the handover protocol legally sound?
Yes. Photos, odometer, fuel level and customer signature are stored GoBD-compliant and exportable as PDF. In German courts, the digital protocol is treated equal to a paper form as long as timestamp and signature are preserved.
Can we connect Booking.com and other portals?
Yes. FlottenPilot connects to Booking.com, Rentalcars and your own website. Bookings sync automatically, availability is reconciled live. Double-bookings between a portal and the counter are impossible.
How does payment work?
Customers pay by card or SEPA at booking. You can hold a deposit and release it automatically on a clean return. Invoices are generated GoBD-compliant and handed off to DATEV or your accounting tool of choice.

Can I run handovers from my phone?
