Is the HOAI calculation current?
Yes. Ingenieurpilot maintains the current HOAI (2021 version and its update cycles) centrally. Fee zones, chargeable costs, conversion surcharge and ancillary costs are implemented. When updates land, we update centrally — your templates stay current.
Can we migrate from untermStrich or Kobold?
Yes. Projects, timesheet data and contacts come in via CSV export from untermStrich, Kobold, PROJEKT PRO and similar systems. A migration session is part of onboarding — we take over the data and run the first quote together with you.
Does time tracking work on-site?
Yes. The iOS and Android app captures hours offline and syncs automatically as soon as you're back on signal. One-click booking per project, no login marathon before every meeting.
Is there a DATEV integration?
Yes. Invoices and postings are handed to your accountant via DATEV export, including project and cost-centre allocation. GoBD-compliant filing of all documents is standard.
