Does the app work for part-timers and minijobbers?
Yes. Part-time and minijob staff get app access limited to what they need to see: shifts, site address, checklist, sick-call. No Excel, no WhatsApp chaos, no paper in the car.
Are the quality protocols legally sound?
Yes. Photos, checklists and client signatures are stored with timestamps in GoBD-compliant form. On complaints the digital record stands equal to paper as long as the attribution is unambiguous.
Can we migrate from Excel and WhatsApp?
Yes. Site list, staff data and client contacts come in via CSV import. A migration session is part of onboarding — we take over your sites and run the first weekly plan together with you.
Does the app handle minimum wage and the cleaning-industry union rates?
Yes. Reinigungspilot maintains the current minimum wage for commercial cleaning (Lohngruppe 1) and industry-standard surcharges (Sunday, holiday, night) centrally. When rates change, we update centrally — your invoicing stays current.
