Are the student records compliant with FahrschAusbO?
Yes. Fahrschulpilot represents the required basic drives, special drives, theory hours and training records digitally. You can export the record as PDF for the licensing authority on request, or present it digitally.
Can our instructors use the app on their phones?
Yes. Instructors get a mobile app with their daily plan, student profiles, lesson log and push notifications on cancellations or reallocations. iOS and Android, works fully offline on the road.
How does student self-booking work?
Every school gets a booking page with a web calendar. Students book open slots, you see new bookings instantly, and you can block or approve them. Optional SEPA pre-authorisation so no unpaid lessons slip through.
Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. Student records, open items and instructor profiles come in via CSV import. A migration session is part of onboarding — we take over your existing records and run the first lesson plan together with you.
