How much does Baupilot cost?
Baupilot costs $119/month with all modules included — site file, calculation, variation management and compliance calendar. Up to 50 staff and unlimited sites included, monthly cancellation, no setup fee.
Is a digital variation with signature legally sound?
Yes. Photos, description, price agreement and client signature are stored with timestamp and GoBD-compliant filing. Digital variations are treated equal to written ones as long as the signature is uniquely attributable.
Can we migrate from Excel?
Yes. Active sites, calculations and staff lists come in via CSV import. A migration session is part of onboarding — we take over your existing sites and run the first variation together with you.
Can site managers use the app on-site?
Yes. The iOS and Android app works offline: photos, variations, hours, materials can be captured without signal. As soon as you're back on network, the app syncs automatically. No data loss on-site.
Does Baupilot fit shell, fit-out and general contracting?
Yes. Baupilot is trade-neutral: shell, fit-out, general contractors and developers use the same site file, the same calculation templates and the same variation management. Only phase templates differ.
