Electrician software for test reports, jobs and invoicing โ in one app
Elektropilot combines VDE-compliant test reports, digital site file, quotes with electrical-trade calculation and GoBD invoicing in one workspace. Less paper on-site, no more retrofit reports, no more dispute with the inspector.
| Site | Standard | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Office North | DGUV V3 | 90 min |
| New build Weber | VDE 0100-600 | 180 min |
| Practice Dr. Schmidt | E-Check | 60 min |
| School Rheinweg | DGUV V3 fixed | 240 min |
Built with electrical contractors across Bavaria, NRW and Lower Saxony
Test reports on paper, site knowledge in the foreman's head, quotes in Excel โ the business runs on too much manual work.
Test reports on paper
The technician tests an installation per VDE 0100-600 or DGUV V3, writes values by hand, transfers into a Word form in the evening. One transcription error and the test isn't legally sound โ in an incident you carry the liability.
Site communication chaos
Master and technicians swap photos, material lists and notes on WhatsApp. The apprentice asks for the third time which switch to install, and the site file only exists in the foreman's head.
Quotes without calculation basis
The owner writes quotes at night from Excel templates, with 2019 prices and hours from gut feel. Post-project, the margin never matches the calculation โ lost weeks with nobody noticing.
From the test at the distribution board to the final invoice โ in one view.
VDE-compliant test reports at the distribution board
The technician captures test values in the app: insulation resistance, loop impedance, RCD trip current โ with photos and instrument identification. Elektropilot generates a VDE 0100-600 or DGUV V3-compliant PDF with one tap, GoBD-filed, emailed to the client.
- Templates for VDE 0100-600, VDE 0105-100 and DGUV V3
- Value capture with automatic limit check
- Photo and instrument attribution per test point
- GoBD-compliant PDF straight to the client

| Office North | DGUV V3 | Done |
| New build Weber | VDE 0100-600 | Testing |
| Practice Schmidt | E-Check | Pending |
| School Rheinweg | DGUV V3 | Testing |
A digital site file per job, offline-ready
Every site has a digital file: measurements, material orders, photos, timesheets, client communication. The technician sees in the app which switch, which cable, which distribution board. Offline-ready, syncs on signal.
- Digital site file per job
- Measurements and material orders in the app
- Offline capability for new-build sites without WiFi
- Client signature on handover form digitally

What electrical contractors ask us before the demo
How much does Elektropilot cost?
Elektropilot costs $119/month with all modules included โ test reports, site file, quotes and invoicing. Up to 25 staff and unlimited sites, monthly cancellation, no setup fee.
Are the test reports VDE-compliant?
Yes. Elektropilot covers VDE 0100-600 (initial verification), VDE 0105-100 (periodic inspection) and DGUV V3 (portable and fixed equipment). Limit values are checked automatically, instrument serials are logged. When standards update, we update centrally.
Can we import Datanorm price lists?
Yes. Elektropilot imports Datanorm price lists from Sonepar, Rexel, Sander & Doll and other electrical wholesalers. Material prices are current daily without anyone maintaining an Excel.
How does Elektropilot differ from a general trades CRM?
Elektropilot is built specifically for the electrical trade: VDE test reports, DGUV V3 templates, Datanorm price catalogue, electrical-trade calculation rates. General trades CRMs don't cover the test-report side cleanly โ and that's the part you touch every day.
Does the app work offline on site?
Yes. Test reports, photos, hours and material bookings all work offline. As soon as the technician has WiFi or mobile signal again, the app syncs automatically. No data loss on new builds without coverage.
How fast can we go live?
Typical time from kick-off to your first test report in Elektropilot: 10 working days. We import your Datanorm price list, sites and staff, and train your team across two 60-minute sessions.
Legally sound test reports. Site file on the phone. A quote in 15 minutes.
We're opening Elektropilot in March to 15 electrical contractors across DACH. If you want to be one of them, book a 30-minute demo โ we'll walk through test reports, site file and quotes using your own business as the example.
